Nicholas Pinnock is a British actor and producer known for his life-long work in television.
He plays Ian Shaw in the new Starz Original Series Counterpart.
Early Life and Career[]
Pinnock was born in London and started acting as a 12-year-old in commercials and print ads. In 1986 he landed a key role in the show Mr Magus is Waiting for You.
He grew up on television on shows like Grange Hill, EastEnders, Casualty and Footballers' Wives His breakout role came in the critically acclaimed and award-winning drama Top Boy in 2011.
More recently he starred in a major role in the drama Fortitude and on the ITV series Marcella.
