Spencer Quayle is the infant daughter of Peter Quayle and his wife Clare Quayle. She is unique by being the only person in existence to have no "other", since each of her two parents come from the other side of The Crossing.
She was named after Spencer, a former boyfriend of Clare, who was also an agent of Indigo.
